The news that should have rocked the world, that eventually will completely upend the scientific world and cause a radical rethinking of theory in a variety of  sciences  ranging from physics to biology to psychology, arrived . . . on little cat feet.  The announcement, as is typical of the scientific community, came out in December of 2010, with little fanfare in the form of an abstract of a scientific paper with an unwieldy title:  Extrasensory Perception and QuantumModels of Cognition.   It reads:
